What's your return policy?

We're a small independent shop where we handcraft everything, and therefore we don't usually accept returns. If we make an error or there is an issue with the product, please email us at info@carontesb.com and we'll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we're only covering the EU and EEA but we'll expand if there's the demand for it!

What's your shipping schedule?

We'll do our best to ship out all orders within two to five business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent along with a tracking number.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

Shipping time depends on location. We normally expect things to arrive within 72 working hours after the parcel leaves our doors but please note that once that happens it's up to the courier to fulfil your order in a timely manner. It can sometimes take a little longer than either of us would like.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive in 1 month?

What is my tracking number?

We'll always email you a tracking link as soon as the order leaves our store.

What do I do if my tracking link isn't updating?

Tracking packages can be tricky at times. If you receive a shipping notification email on a Friday or Saturday in the late afternoon – it might not show movement until the courier picks up our mail on the next scheduled day of service.

Sometimes the couriers will miss a scan or leave a note if you are not home. If, for some reason, the order doesn't arrive in a timely fashion, please contact the courier or email us directly at info@carontesb.com
